This required lots of chopping, but so worth the effort. Fresh and delicious with a big flavor punch. We used left over grilled steak from the night before. Great way to use leftovers! I plan to make this again and again! - 8/25/08

i made this using ground hamburger. didnt have chili paste, so used 2 thai chilis minced. served it over brown rice. Used leftovers and made lettuce bowls. Yummy. - 10/29/10

Wow. I probably wouldn't have rated this so high after having it for dinner last night (fish sauce a little overpowering), but leftovers the next day are fantastic! I added shelled edamame and sesame seeds (didn't have peanuts) and it's a delicious lunch. So pretty, too. - 3/24/09

Extremely good. Tasted like something I used to get a Thai restaurant I loved until new owner's took over. This was really easy, too. I didn't change anything and even my picky 17 yr old ate it and even took leftovers to school the next day for lunch! - 9/15/08

I actually mixed the ingred to my liking. So I omitted the soy sauce added more fish sauce, sugar, cilantro and mint and threw it all on a bed of romaine and iceberg lettuce. I also seasoned my steak with minced garlic and lemon grass and oyster sauce before pan frying it. LOVED IT!!! - 8/4/08
