Fresh Green Smoothie

Ingredients
2 cup kale, raw 1 cup Baby Spinach (raw) 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh .75 cup Fruit, Mixed Fruit (Strawberry, Peach, Mango, Pineapple) 1 cup Unsweetened Green Tea, (home brewed) 2 tbsp Badia Hulled Hemp Seeds1 Avocado - ripe - medium (remove pit)1.5 tbsp Honey Ice cubes as desire 1 scoop Designer Protein - Lite No Sugar Protein Mix
Directions
Wash and stem kale or for convenience use Glory Kale for smoothies (found in produce section). Set aside. Add frozen fruit to blender and chop 5 - 10 sec. Slice avocado in half, remove pit and spoon avocado and add to blender. Peel banana add to blender. Add hemp seeds and honey. Lastly add greens. Slowly pour green tea in blender. Liquify until no solids or desired consistency. Add ice cubes, if desired and crush/liquify a few more seconds. Makes (3) 8 oz servings. Pour. Drink. Refrigerate remaining portion in an airtight container up to 24 hours.
