1 serving Smucker's Organic Natural Peanut Butter Chunky (1lb) 1 serving Nutty Naturals Coconut Chips (3oz) 2 serving Sun Maid Golden Raisins 1/4 Cup 2 serving 100% Whey Protein, IntraMedic, Classic Vanilla, 2 scoops (34oz) (by LSCONTI) 2 tbsp chia seeds 2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
