2 tbsp Anthony's Organic Cocoa Butter Wafers (7 wafers/Tbsp) 1 cup Nutiva Organic Coconut oil 1 cup Adams 100% Natural Peanut Butter 2 tbsp cocoa powder, Hersheys Special Dark, unsweetened 2 serving Nutricost MCT Oil Powder (1 svg = 1 scoop/10gm) 1 cup Swerve Granulated (net carbs) or to taste
1. Melt the cocoa butter, coconut oil and peanut butter together
in a sauce pan over low/medium low heat
2. Whisk in cocoa powder, MCT Oil and Swerve (or non-nutritive
sweetener of your choice) until smooth and well blended
3. Remove from heat and spoon into silicone candy molds, about
1 Tbsp mixture / mold
4. Refrigerate or freeze
