required ingredients:2 cups diced tomatos2 cups diced feta cheese (low fat, if wanted)3 1/2 tablespoon EVOO(extra virgin olive oil)optional ingredients:toasted pita bread or crackerssalt and pepperchopped parsly
Directions
combine tomatos, feta cheese, chopped parsly (if wanted) and EVOO in a small bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix. Best if served with pita bread or crackers. Eat and Enjoy
