Keto Cheese, Mushroom and Bacon Bread

Ingredients
11.5 serving Bacon, John Morrell, Hardwood Smoked Bacon (2 slices/17g) 6 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 0.25 tsp Salt 3 tsp Baking Powder 4 serving Butter - Darigold Butter Natural Salted (1 Tablespoon) 0.33 cup Sour Cream 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 120 gram(s) Cheese, Select White Cheddar, Grated - Charleville (by FIT_BRIAN) 8 tbsp Mushrooms, cooked
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Dice bacon rasher and mushrooms and fry to just crispy
In bowl whisk almond flour, salt and baking powder
Other bowl whisk sour cream and eggs to smooth consistency
Combine egg mixture into flour mixture, stir in cooled melted butter
Fold in bacon, mushroom and cheese
Pour into lined or greased loaf tin
Bake 35 - 45 min until knife comes out clean, cool before cutting
