Grilled Thai Chili Shrimp Kabobs

Ingredients
1 lb Raw Shrimp, peeled & deveined (Medium or large shrimp)3 TBL Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce) 2 TBL Brown Sugar (or honey)3 Cloves Garlic; minced, chopped, or pressed1/4 Cup Catsup 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1-1/2 tsp Sesame Oil 1/2 Cup Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce 1 tsp Black Pepper1 tbsp Lime Juice
Directions
• Place peeled and deveined shrimp into a 1 quart freezer bag.
• Whisk next 8 ingredients together until well incorporated.
• Pour just enough sauce into bag with shrimp to marinate. Force air out of bag and seal closed.
• Refrigerate shrimp and let marinate at least an hour (I like to let go all day.)
• Whisk lime juice into sauce.

Preheat grill to medium-high (@400°)

• Thread shrimp onto skewers.
• Grill shrimp for approximately 2 minutes each side. Brush with additional marinade while cooking.
• Pour marinade into a glass measuring cup if microwaving to heat or into a small sauce pan. Heat until lightly bubbling.

Serve with grilled vegetables over rice with the sauce.
