1 tsp Vanilla Extract 4 serving Cheese - Cottage Cheese (Low Fat 2%) - Daisy brand - 1/2C 1.50 serving FAGE Total 2%, 7oz container 3 tsp truvia nectar 6 serving jumbo eggs 8 tbsp Organic Valley Heavy Whipping Cream 0.25 cup cassava flour Juice of 1 Lemon, and zest6 tsp Sweetener, Swerve Confectioners (by KINSPAPPY)
Whip together room temperature ingredients with Vitamix, pour into parchment lined InstaPot, steam manually for 40 minutes. Remove, refrigerate overnight, plate and serve with blueberries or fresh fruit.
