I will certainly make this again; it's the first cauliflower I ever liked! The only change I made was to serve the sauce on the side. We had over half left over, and each serving went down to about 65 calories!! I froze the leftover sauce in an ice cube tray to be used in small bits later. - 1/1/09

Absolutely delicious!!! I served with a parmesan crusted cod fillet. My husband does not care a great deal for fish but said he would eat it more often as long as I make this cauliflower with it. - 5/5/10

Love how easy the sauce comes together. And this dish is delicious! Had to leave out garlic (as my mom-in-law doesn't like it) but will add it when I make it again! - 3/26/10

Can you just use Skim milk instead of the dry milk? And if so how much would you say? - 12/19/09

This was delicious! I needed to use up some Cauliflower and Broccoli and this really fitted the bill. Will definitely make it again - 11/16/09

This was really good but the sauce made too much. Next time I will keep it separate. - 4/9/17

Great as a side dish or main meal. I would probably reduce the spice if I was sharing with my flatmate, but otherwise: yum! - 4/7/14

Loved the sauce. Made quite a saucepan full so left it on the side and used much less per serving of cauliflower on our plates that way. The leftover sauce could be used on other vegies the following night.

This was SOOOO GOOD! I loved this, it tasted just like Mac & Cheese! I may have used a bit more cheese than the recipe called for, but it was delish! I omitted the powdered milk - 11/6/12

Delicious sauce! Next time I need to make sure the cauliflower is softer though. - 10/1/12

I made this for the family. I rather over did the cayenne pepper but it was delicious even though a bit strong. Even our 8 yr old loved it. I haven't made a white sauce without butter before but it worked well. I added a bit more cheese on the top and cooked some bacon to go with it. Delicious! - 2/21/11
