Fruity Soy Smoothie

Ingredients
A serving of frozen fruit is 3/4 cup, I used:1 1/2 cups frozen fruit1 cup plain Silk soymilk
Directions
In a blender combine the still frozen fruit and the soy milk - blend until the fruit is pureed and blended with the soymilk. (I had to use a long butter knife to move the fruit so it would puree properly)

Makes one large glass of smoothie that I need a spoon to eat. To make it thinner reduce the fruit by a 1/4 to 1/2 cup. Enjoy without guilt.
