1.5 serving Orgain Organic Protein - sweet vanilla bean (plant based powder)3.0 tbsp Aldi's Peanut Butter1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap8.0 serving Millville Rolled OATS Ouick 1 - Minute (Aldi's)1.0 dash Salt4.0 tbsp Coconut, shredded sweetened1.0 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
Line a baking pan with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix together protein powder, peanut butter, and water till thoroughly blended. In a food processor, pulse oats, coconut, flax, and salt till mixture looks like coarse crumbs. Add in protein mixture and pulse till a dough forms. Press mixture into parchment paper lined pan with damp hands. Put in the refrigerator at least 4 hours or overnight. Cut into 8 bars and enjoy.
