0.50 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat 0.25 cup Cream Cheese 16 slice (3/4 oz) American Cheese Or **another cheese of choice for layering; you'll have to edit for nutritional info**1.50 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked 3 tsp Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan & Romano Cheese 3.50 serving Great Value canned Whole Leaf Spinach
Preheat oven 350.
Make custard with eggs, milk, and cream cheese.
Layer the rest of ingredients in your pan (I made 3 of each).
Slowly pour custard over layers.
Bake on bottom rack for 20min.
Switch to middle rack for additional 15-20mins.
Serve warm!!
