Shredded Wheat Raisin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour1 cup whole wheat flour1 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon salt1 cup Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla Yogurt1 cup splenda substitute for granulated sugar3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar, Splenda blendEquivalent of 2 eggs of egg white substitute1 teaspoon vanilla1/2 cup honey1 cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking oatmeal -- uncooked1 cup oat bran2 cups crushed shredded wheat biscuits1/2 cup raisins1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Mix flour with soda, baking powder and salt; set aside. Beat yogurt until light and fluffy; add sugars gradually, creaming well. Beat in egg one at a time. Add vanilla, honey (optional grated orange and lemon peels), then cereals, fruits and chipss; mix well. Work in flour mixture until well-blended. Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, or until done.

Makes about 4 1/2 dozen medium cookies using a medium cookie scoop or about 8 dozen small cookies.
