0.5 serving millville elevation protein powder vanilla 2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 5 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 cup friendly farms Greek non-fat yogurt (by MIKEY7111) 0.5 cup Apple Sauce (Motts) Unsweetened 1 serving zuchini fresh 1 LG (by WMZMCM3) 1 cup, grated Carrots, raw 2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Baking Powder 2 tbsp Chia Seeds CHIA POWER Navitas
In large bowl, smash bananas
Grind 2 cups oats
Grate 1 zuchini (press to drain excess water) and 1 large carrot
Add all ingredients and stir to mix
Using small scoop to put batter into mini muffin cups that have been sprayed with oil
Bake 375 for 15 minutes or until done
Serving Size: 35 mini muffins
