Lemon Butter Baked Cod

16 oz Cod or other mild fish 1/4 cup Lemon Juice 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted 2 tsp Paprika
Preheat oven to 375*. Line rimmed baking sheet with foil (or parchment paper). Place fish on baking sheet.
Melt butter in small sauce pan. Whisk in lemon juice and paprika, butter may thicken slightly. Brush or spoon over fish. Turn fish over and brush on remaining butter sauce.
Bake until fish is opaque and flakes easily, about 20 minutes. (internal temp should be 145*F)
Serving Size:�Make 4 - 4oz servings
