Potsticker Stir-Fry

Ingredients
4 serving Ling Ling (or your favorite) Potstickers chicken and vegetable dumplings (5 pieces) 1 clove Garlic (minced)1 tsp Ginger Root (minced)1 TBSP Avocado Oil (or oil of your choice)3 TBSP Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano) .25 cup Soy Sauce .50 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 TBSP Sesame Oil 5 cups Frozen Stir Fry Vegetable Blend or fresh vegetable blend of your favorites (cabbage, mushroom, snow peas, carrots, onions, asparagus, anything you want) 2 tsp Corn Starch 2 TBSP Hot sauce (optional)1 TBSP oyster sauce (optional)
Directions
1. Cook potstickers in boiling water according to package directions; drain.

2. Heat avocado oil in large nonstick skillet over high heat. Add vegetables, garlic and ginger; stir-fry 3-5 minutes. Add potstickers; stir-fry 3 minutes.

3. Whisk together the rest of the ingredients until thoroughly combined. Add to skillet. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Once it starts to boil take it off the heat and serve.

TIP: If you want, you can substitute 1-1/2 cups bottled stir-fry sauce for the sauce in step 3.
