Warm Tuna Pasta Salad with Dill & Lemon Pesto

500g spiral pasta1 cup well packed spinach leaves1/2 cup fresh dill or basil leavesFinely grated rind of 1 lemon1 clove garlic1/4 cup olive oilground black pepper to taste300g tuna in spring water (from a 425g can)250g fat free cheddar or mozzarella cheese, grated100g baby spinach leaves, extra
Cook pasta until al dente. Drain well and keep warm.
Blend spinach, dill, lemon rind, garlic, almonds, oil, salt and pepper in food processor to make pesto.
Toss warm pasta with pesto, tuna, Perfect Italiano Light Pasta Plus and extra spinach.
