Cheese crackers

Ingredients
2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) 4 tbsp Philadelphia Light cream cheese (31g) 1 serving Egg white, large
Directions
Mix flour and cheeses in a microwave bowl. Put spices in as well. . Heat for one minute. (May need a little more depending on mixture). Mix all together until it is a ball. Break into two pieces and roll between 2 sheets of waxed paper with a little oil. Cut out crackers and put on parchment to bake. Bake approximately 5 minutes the turn parchment over and drop crackers on baking sheet. Cook for about 3 - 4 minutes more. Watch because they burn easily.
