Vegan TunaLess Salad Sandwich Filling

Ingredients
1 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) (1 Can)2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 5 tbsp Mayonnaise, Vegenaise, original, vegan (by MISTRESSKELLY) 2 tbsp chopped Shallots or Red Onion1 gram(s) Star - Imported Nonpareil Capers (Serving Size = 1 Tsp./20 Capers) 1 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 1 serving Sushi Nori, Raw Untoasted, 1 sheet 1 tsp Dried Chilli flakes (by CHEEKYCHOOK) 1 tsp Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano) 1 tsp Old Bay SeasoningSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Rinse can of chickpeas. Pulse in Food Processor until coarsely chopped. Grind Nori sheet in Blender cup. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until mixed. Don’t over mix.
Use on Bread or Crackers..... Delicious
