Ingredients
1 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp. 2 fl oz Water, tap 1 cup, halves and whole Cashew Nuts, dry roasted 1 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt 1 cup Pumpkin Seeds (whole seeds, roasted) 2 tsp Turmeric, ground 0.50 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins) 0.50 cup Dried Cherries 1 cup, packed Raisins
Directions
Make slurry from flax and water. Swish other ingredients in the slurry. s Bake for 1 hour till dry and crunchy. Store in mason jar
