Easy Peasy Homemade Applesauce

5 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 per lb Apples, fresh with skin 3 serving Stevia in the Raw
Quarter apples and place in Vita-mix blender (must have good quality blender)
Make sure you use a variety of apples that are recommended for applesauce
Cover apples with water
Blend until smooth
Pour into saucepan
Add stevia (this should be to taste; I add just enough to be slightly sweet)
Bring to boil
Boil for about 1 minute stirring constantly
Remove from heat
Let cool
Enjoy!!
Refrigerate or freeze left over applesauce
*May be made in bulk and frozen. We make a bushel of applesauce apples at a time
