Ingredients
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic 1.25 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added 2 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste 4 cup Beans, black 4 cup Beans, red kidney 2 cup Lentils 2 tbsp Chili powder 2 tsp Paprika 2 tsp Cumin seed 1/2 tsp Onion powder 1/2 tsp cayenne1 tsp saltpepper to taste4 tbsp Coconut Oil 8 cup Vegetable Broth
Directions
Combine all in crockpot. Cook on high for 4 hours.
