Ingredients
2.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup1.0 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)2.0 cup Beans, black4.0 tbsp PBfit peanut butter powder26.0 gram Flaxmeal, ground (Bobs Red Mill) Organic2T=13g Gluten Free GF1.0 serving Dates (Sun Date California Pitted; 5-6 dates)6.0 tsp packed Brown Sugar1.0 tbsp Enjoy life mini chocolate chips8.0 tbsp Enjoy life mini chocolate chips4.0 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla0.3 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
Directions
Puree beans and milk until smooth and no beans are left, mix in all ingredients (minus chips fpr rolling after) and bake in 8x8 pan at 350 for 25 min until set and semi firm. Set aside to cool befpre mashing and rolling intp balls. This gives them a fudgy brownie texture and baked taste. Roll into chips and set in fridge to finish setting.
