Ingredients
1 can Pink Salmon(5 oz)1 large egg1/4 cup cornmeal2 tsp horseradish sauce3 tbsb oil(vegetable)
Directions
Mix all ingredients except oil. Drop by spoonfull into hot oil and brown on both sides. Serve with salad greens.

    Very tasty but very small serving size. I made 12 balls in total with 3 salmon balls as the serving. The horseradish was quite subtle. I will make these again - though likely for lunch not supper and I will increase the horseradish, cause I love horseradish. Thanks for the recipe Bedwards - 11/3/10
