Tasty Parmesan Fries

Ingredients
5.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw6.0 tsp Garlic Salt6.0 tsp Paprika4.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°f. Cut up the potatos into wedges. Mix in parmesan cheese. Once done with cheese mix in olive oil. Make sure all wedges are covered. Mix in the garlic salt, paprika, italian seasoning (2tbsp), and a little salt to taste with the potato wedges. Spread wedges on a baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes. Serve with ketchup or ranch.
