I melt 1 T. butter and brush onto 1 lb of fish. Skip the salt and add a little more Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper. Wrap in foil and bake. - 7/13/14

This tastes great! I did it in the oven, too: wrap in foil and bake. - 4/4/07

Tasted good and was fast and easy. Even the husband liked it!

The more that I fix this, the more I love it. We've had it a few times now. It is so easy, and since it is poached, so healthy. I am thinking that I could do it with other things besides lemon pepper...maybe some Cajun spice. Yumm - 4/30/13

This was amazing! I'm just starting to like fish again and I'm always looking for tasty ways to prepare it. Loved the recipe. I served it with steamed red potatoes with garlic onion butter sauce. - 2/8/10

Good but not great - flavor is simple, so kids will probably like it. Easy to make, so I will probably make it again! - 7/27/09
