2 TBSP plain or vanilla protein powder1/2 C organic fat free plain yogurt1/2 C organic fat free milk1/2 C V8 Splash Smoothie, Tropical Colada1.2 medium banana, frozen1/2 C mango, sliced1 TBSP ground flax seedstevia to taste1 1/2 C ice
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.


Makes one large post workout recovery smoothie or two regular smoothies.
