3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp Kosher Salt (Season to taste.) 1/2 tsp Pepper, black (Season to taste.) .5 tsp Paprika (Estimate, season to taste.) .5 tsp Garlic powder (Estimate, season to taste.) 1 small Onions, raw
Lightly grease loaf pan.
Thinly slice the onions. (This is Key!)
Thinly slice the potatoes.
Place one layer of potatoes on bottom of loaf pan. Sprinkle with onion and spices. Repeat and add the olive oil in between a couple of the layers and reserve some olive oil and spices for the top. (This makes about 5 - 6 layers or so.)
Repeat
Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes until potatoes are cooked through.
