Ingredients
16 oz Blue Crab, canned 3 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain 0.25 cup, chopped Scallions, raw 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tsp Thyme, ground 1 tsp Pepper, black 1 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 8 serving Olive Oil Pam (0.5g = 0.6sec spray) 8 large Mushrooms, fresh
Directions
Clean mushrooms and spray tops with olive oil spray. Toast almond meal until golden brown. Drain crabmeat and reserve liquid. Mix seasoning, cheeses and crabmeat. Add yogurt and almond meal alternating a tablespoon at a time until mixture is somewhat stiff. Okay to add a little juice from drained crabmeat if needed. Bake or grill for 15 minutes.
