Healthy vodka sauce

Ingredients
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 clove Garlic 3 tbsp chopped Shallots 1 fl oz Vodka 1 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste 1.5 cup Half and Half Cream 4 oz Fage Total 0% Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt 0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 4 oz Prosciutto
Directions
Heat oil in a pot. Add shallots and garlic and cook 5 minutes. Add procuitto and cook until browned. Add vodka and cook 1 to 2 minutes. Add tomato paste and cook a few minutes more. Add in half and half and yogurt and cook until heated through. Add in Parmesan
