For the filling:1-1/2 cup chopped Peaches 1 (6 ounce) package Blackberries 2 Tbsp coconut sugar 2 tsp arrowroot (or cornstarch) 1 tsp Lemon Juice For the topping:2 tbsp Cashew Butter (or 2 Tbsp neutral-flavored oil)1 tbsp Maple Syrup 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1/2 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 1/3 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour3 Tbsp coconut sugar 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1/8 tsp Salt
Place filling ingredients in a 6" round baking dish and stir well to thoroughly combine.
In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients, stirring well.
Add the dry ingredients and stir well, until thoroughly combined.
Crumble evenly over the peach-blackberry filling.
Bake 20 minutes at 320 degrees.
