1 cup Bananas, Mashed = 1 Cup, Mashed (by 16HEATHER) .25 cup Milk - Skim (Non Fat) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Vanilla Extract .25 tsp Salt 1.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.75 cup Flour, white 0.75 cup Whole Wheat Flour 8 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup (Costco) (by RLS344)
Directions
Bake at 325 for 55-60 minutes, until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
