Ingredients
Salmon fillet Onions, raw, 1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Green, red and yellow Peppers (bell peppers)*Lemon Juice, 1 cup aluminum foilsalt pepper as desiredWhite Rice, long grain, 1 cup
Directions
cover aluminum foil with oil
lay Salmon on the side with oil
lay bell peppers onion and splash of lemon juice
cook until salmon is done

cook rice and put the salmon and veggies on rice
