Ingredients
0.125 cup Steel Cut Oats, Bob's Red Mill (quick cooking, organic) .25 cup Kirkland Brand Vanilla Soy milk
Directions
In 1-cup microwave-safe dish:
2 Tbsp Bob's Red Mill quick cooking steel cut oats
1/4 cup Soy milk.

Microwave on high for 30-40 sec. Watch out. It can boil over very quickly.
Let stand for 30 minutes or more.
