0.25 stick Butter, unsalted0.15 tsp Garlic powder0.12 tsp Paprika4.0 oz Fish, Swordfish Steak (Wild)
Directions
Sprinkle garlic powder and paprika on sword fish, cook in 1 tsp of butter then at the end put the rest of the butter in and bast it a bit. Cook until 140°F. Serve Serving Size: 1
