Ingredients
Ingredients:Tofu, firm, 85 grams (remove)Soy sauce (tamari), 1 tbsp (remove)Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 0.5 cup, hulled (remove)Pumpkin Seeds, 0.5 cup (remove)
Directions
1 Spray a frying pan with oil.

2 Place all the ingredients in the pan

3 Sprinkle on the soy sauce ( * gluten free should use Tamari instead of soy sauce, READ THE LABEL)

4 Fry on medium heat until the ingredients are coated and begin to crisp.

5 Enjoy on its own as a snack or with a stir fry for extra calcium or protein.
