Ingredients
4 oz Shrimp Argentine Red raw 21/25 (by MLPHOEBE) 1 oz Annie Chun's Pad Thai Rice Noodles 0.25 cup Street Kitchen Pad Thai 0.75 cup Great Value Sugar Snap Stir-Fry ( broculi, sugar snap peas, yellow squash, green beans, red peppers, 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic 3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw
Directions
Thaw shrimp and saute in wok with oil until pink. Set aside on plate. Prepare Rice Noodles and keep warm. Add Chopped onion and garlic cloves. Stir until lightly sautéed. Add 1/2 package of Great Value Sugar Snap Stir-Fry vegetables and cook according to package directions. Serve immediately while still warm. Enjoy!
