My chicken salad with fruit

Ingredients
2 cup, chopped or diced Roasting Chicken, light meat 8 tbsp Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo) 1 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 3 tbsp Almonds - sliced 0.5 cup slices Apples, fresh with skin 0.75 cup Grapes, Red or Green seedless 25 grapes
Directions
Debone leftover baked chicken. Chop veggies and fruit into bite size pieces or smaller. Mix everything together and chill. Tastes better the next day of you can make ahead

    Because I like it this way, I cook the onions and celery, cool them and then mix them in the salad. I hate raw onions. - 1/26/21
