1 cup Berries, frozen (Raspberries, Blackberries & Blueberries) 0.5 cup Spinach, frozen 2 serving Protein Powder 2 tbsp Olive Oil 2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
Directions
blend with immersion blender until smooth enough to pour into bottles
