2 tbsp Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp 4 oz Milkademia 1 tsp Maple Syrup Kirkland Teaspoon .5 tbsp MCT oil 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Wait a couple of minutes, mix again. Leave in fridge overnight.
