AWESOME recipe, this was SO delicious! I even got the official "Babe, this is amazing!" from the boyfriend! I will DEFINITELY be making this again!

I used Splenda instead of sugar, and then I served it with a scoop of Edy's Fat Free Vanilla Frozen Yogurt. It was an amazing dessert!!! - 3/24/09

Also good with 1/4 c oatmeal in place of the fillo, a dab of butter, and 1tsp brown sugar plus some cinnamon or pie spice. Fruits are really easy to mix and match as well- apple+berry, rhubarb+apple, berry+berry, peach+apple, nectarine+berry.... Personal cobblers rule at my house! - 8/4/08

My family loved this and are requesting it again for tonight. The only thing I did different was cut back on the fillo dough, it just seemed like a lot. I served it with peach frozen yogurt instead of vanilla. - 5/11/09

I made this with an oatmeal crumble topping. It was excellent. It is quick, dellicious and not overly calorie dense. Will definitely make it again - 8/7/08

Could not find WW Fillo sheets, but mine only has 36 cals. per sheet, considerably less than the 70 this calculates to. Did not peel the peach. Didn't seem to be a problem to the final product. Made for a great 4th of July dessert! Thanks for sharing. - 7/4/10

Made this once as individual desserts and again tonight in a blue star pan, adding blueberries to the mix, covering top with organic filo dough, spraying layers with Can't Believe Its Not Butter. Served with a scoop of LF vanilla ice cream this 4th of July weekend and guests LOVED it. - 7/3/10

Sounds yummy - and I just picked a couple cups of fresh blueberries this weekend - so much better than what you buy in the store - my try it w/ the oatmeal suggestion though. - 8/4/08
