Ingredients
1.5 cup Flour, white .5 cup King Arthur 100% Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup Granulated Sugar 6 tsp Sugar in the Raw (Turbinado Sugar) 5 tsp Baking Powder .33 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Salt .5 cup Milk, 1% 5.33 1tsp Olive Oil 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 cup Blueberries, fresh .25 cup Raspberries .75 cup Blackberries, fresh .25 cup, chopped Pecans
Directions
Preheat oven to 415. Put liners in muffin pan, or grease cups.
Mix flour-salt. Mix milk-vanilla. Mix together just til combined. Fold in berries & nuts. Bake 17-20 min.
