0.50 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, skim milk 2 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 1 cup Berries, frozen (Raspberries, Blackberries & Blueberries) 20 gram(s) Protein powder, Jillian Michaels whey protein Vanilla (1 scoop) 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 8 oz Ocean Spray Light Cranberry 0.25 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)
