Vermicelli

Ingredients
10 oz bag of vermicelli noodles12 oz lean ground beef1/4 cup chopped onion2 cloves minced garlic1 28 oz can diced tomatoessalt, pepper, oregano to taste
Directions
Brown meat in skillet. Remove meat,but leave drippings (should just be enough to coat bottom of pan). Add noodles and saute until slightly brown. Remove and add meat, onion, and garlic into pan. Cook until onions and garlic are fragrant. Add noodles back in and add tomatoes, salt, pepper, and oregano. Cover and simmer until noodles are cooked.
