* Whole Wheat Tortilla, 1 serving * Cheddar Cheese, 1 oz * Romaine Lettuce (salad), .25 cup, shredded * Stagg Classic Chili with Beans, .25 cup * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 0.25 cup, chopped or sliced * Canola Oil, .75 tbsp (optional)
Grease bottom of a medium size frying pan *or use Canola oil. Place pan on stove at a setting of HIGH. Wait 1 minute then start toasting the tortilla on the pan until brown. After toasting is done, start adding the chili, the cheese, the lettuce, then the tomatoes. Then eat and enjoy.
* Only do if your using Canola Oil. (less healthy but tastes better)
