1/2 lb. ground turkey1/2 lb. ground chuck1/4 cup bread crumbs1/4 cup oats1 cup chopped onions1 cup sliced mushrooms1/2 cup low sodium catsup1 large egg1 tbsp. garlic salt1 tbsp. parsley1 tbsp. dijon mustard
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients in bowl and place in a loaf pan. Bake in oven for 60 mins. Makes 8 servings or 4 larger ones.

This recipe was incredibly tasty. I normally always put ketchup on my meatloaf after cooking it, but I wouldn't think of ruining this one by putting ketchup on it. It doesn't need it. The meat was very crumbly though and didn't hold together well once out of the pan. Very tasty, will make it again. - 1/16/09
