Bolgogi Chicken w/ rice

Ingredients
4 chicken thighs (boneless skin less)- may use chicken breast0.5 cups granulated Sugar 0.5 cups soy sauce2 cloves of garlic- pressed or diced1 tsp sesame oil1 tbsp sesame seeds1 cup sliced onions4 cups steamed white rice
Directions
In a large glass bowl. Mix sugar & soy sauce. Add garlic & sesame oil and stir. Add onions & sesame seeds and stir. Add chicken and stir. (The chicken may not be completely covered... thats ok... just flip the chicken and cover with sauce. Marinate for 24-48hrs flipping chicken half way through.
You may grill the chicken seperately and cook the leftover sauce seperately on stove top. You may also place the marinated chicken & leftover sauce in pan and cook on stove top.

*** if you do not have time to marinate, you can also use a crockpot. place all ingredients- except rice- and keep on low for 4 hours.

Makes 4 Servings
Serve 1 thigh over 1 cup rice with sauce on top.
