Black bean - Mushroom burgers

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Onions, raw, 1 medium - finley choppedMushrooms, fresh, 8 ounces - finley choppedGarlic, 2 cloves - finley choppedGround Cumin 1/2 tsp Beans, black, 1.5 cup Cilantro, raw, 1/4 cup packedGoat Cheese, Semisoft, 2 oz crumbledBread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 1 cupsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
-sautee onion untill golden (4 minutes) add mushroom and garlic and cumin and cook untill mushrooms release their juices ( 5 minutes)
-spoon mushroom mix into food processor with beans and cilantro and process untill combined but chunky
- transfer to medium mixing bowl and mix in goat cheese and bread crumbs season with salt and pepper to taste.
- with wet hands ( to prevent sticking) form into 6 burgers
- mist with nonstick stray and grill untill crisp and heated through (5 minutes per side)

    I would make this again. It was a little bland for me but then again I didn't have the goat cheese and the store didn't have cilantro. Texture was good though I didn't do it on the grill so I don't know if it falls apart. - 7/2/10
