Beans, pinto, 454 grams ( 1 can)Red Potatoes (2 medium size , cut in small pieces)*Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), .5 cup Water, tap, 1 1/2 cup (12 fl oz) SAZON SEASONING, 1 serving*Spanish Olives w/pimento - 2 Olives, 8 serving white long grain rice cooked 2cupsrecaito , 28 grams
Take a medium size pot and add beans, tomato sauce, water, sazon( 3 envelopes), olives with some of the juice from the jar , potatoes, and recaito ..STIR ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.
Cook on high until bubbles.. put a lid on it ... and then lower to simmer for 20 min... just until potatoes are soft...
Serve 3/4 cup of beans with 3/4 cup of rice .... Mui Bueno!!!!
