1 C Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt1 C Fat Free Milk1/2 C Frozen Blueberries1/2 C Frozen Mixed Berries1 Med. Banana1/2 C Frozen Pineapple2 Tbsp. Frozen Orange Juice (unsweetened)1-2 Tbsp. Wheat Germ1-2 Tbsp. Milled Flax Seed5 Ice Cubes
Directions
Blend all ingredients in blender until well mixed, about 45 seconds. Serving size 1.5 C. About 5 servings per batch.
